Fairly large nice budget hotel with a particularly good and absolutely incredible location and fashionable rooms. Location right by the city center as well as tram station. The attached restaurant for dinner.

Most of front desk staff were great, nice and friendly, except for one lady who could have been nicer.

A few years ago the hotel was overhauled and renovated, but the feeling is that it was done only recently, the room is in excellent condition. Nice cozy design, modern lighting system, very comfortable small sofa, relax after shopping in the block around the hotel. The hotel does not have a large lobby, additional services such as a spa. Do you need them on a business trip or a short shopping trip? In terms of location in relation to Banhofstrasse, it is perfect! The main shopping street is 100 meters away, but there's no noise and everything is within easy reach. Breakfast is served in a restaurant with direct access from the hotel, I wouldn't call it varied, but it has everything you need on hand. A great option for a short stay in town!

Nice hotel. Located a few minutes from the railway station, 5 minutes from shopping streets. Close - min. 7-10 to the old town. It's about 15 minutes to Lake Zurich. Opposite the hotel is the MIGROS supermarket. For those who want to park in a car, it's a 5-minute drive and about the same distance... Upon check-in the staff will give you a map with the address of the car park. CITY parking is expensive - 37 francs a day... We lived in room 104. On the ground floor... bright and comfortable room. One wall is the windows overlooking a quiet street. windows have external blinds - if closed, it will be very dark and quiet. room is warm and batteries are adjustable. bed is comfortable. Although it was asked at the time of booking - one big bed - in our room there were two shifted beds, Bed was comfortable... Internet - very fast, satellite TV - excellent quality, Russian channels - many. In general, hotel has a very calm and comfortable atmosphere. Thanks to Margarita, who was always ready to help with any questions. We stayed for New Year's Eve - the hotel was completely full - but we didn't hear or see anyone. It was as if there was nobody else and we were the most important guests. Breakfast was not taken. Money was not blocked on the map. Payment on check-in. staff is fine. I especially want to celebrate Niels. An unusually friendly young man. Lovely staff!!! In the lobby there were always apples for guests with this famous English proverb An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

Stylish hotel interior design

The location is excellent, in a quiet street and in the center, 5 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes to Bahnhofstrasse. For those watching the budget - opposite is the big Migros, where there is a self-service restaurant with humane (for Zurich of course) prices, as well as cooking with a wide choice - you can take everything with you and have a great picnic on the lake shore.

I didn't notice any drawbacks, the jokes were small, I got a room with an adjacent door to the next room, I heard everything. Coffee maker still need to be cleaned periodically, on the walls of the container with water there was mucus accumulated from long use, well, nothing was taken - washed.

The hotel is great. The room has everything you need. Cleaning is the best. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The beds in the rooms are huge and very comfortable, bed linen for 5. Breakfast is not varied, but all dishes are simply of the highest quality. In general, the hotel was very nice and simply exceeded all expectations.

The only flaw is not a minus. Just one euro socket per room. All other Swiss standard. Apple is the right choice for charging your products. But for the rest, you need an adapter, and the hotel doesn't have enough of them all. I got a migros store near where they were sold in the home department.

The location of the hotel is wonderful in relation to the railway station, within walking distance of the old town, shops. It is very convenient for those who are going to go to other cities on excursions. The streets are clean, safe at any time of day to get to the station. The room was perfect cleanliness, there is a kettle, tea, sugar, cream, in the fridge for all tastes drinks and various sweets, slippers for each guest. Closer in the evening, the service staff are asking if everything is there, maybe something extra is needed. This attitude was pleasantly surprising. The hotel has a common living room on the floor, very cozy with comfortable chairs and plenty of literature in different languages. I would like to say that this hotel compared to other three-star hotels, can be attributed to hotels with 4 stars. Perfect!

My kids wished there were more activities specifically for teens, as they found some downtime a bit boring. A game room or activity area would be great.

Wifi connectivity - it was so slow that it was unusable. Hotel staffs were skeptical, unhelpful and didn't volunteer to cancel the internet charges until I complaint to the assistant manager.

The proximity to the main train station was convenient. Friendly staff enhanced the experience, though the room's cigarette smell was an unwelcome downside. The amenities were solid, including a mini-bar and smart TV.

Pleasant and exceptionally clean place, reasonably good and competent staff at the reception desk.
